Dutch bill against Kosher slaughter, wants electrocution of all animals
I believe the daily sacrifice that is done daily, is the Ritual Kosher slaughter of animals for meals, ( daily).

Kosher slaughter of animals, known as shechita, is a ritual where the blood drains from an animal's severed throat. It is more humane than stunning/electrocuting the animal first.

Plus fast food places like Macdonalds and KFC stun the animal and leave it lay on the dirty floor while the blood does not drain out and coagulates in the meat. Yuck!

Daniel 11
31.And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate.

Dutch bill against ritual slaughter will end up mostly harming Jews, and Biblical Kosher Christians as usual

Holland Moves to Ban Non-Stun Ritual Slaughter

Shechita (kosher slaughter) is already forbidden in non-EU counties Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania. Last year New Zealand partially revoked a controversial ban on the practice.

There is evidence from human beings that electrical stimulation is painful. Electrical current is widely used to torture people in South America/ the Middle East and China; cattle prods or electric batons are used. Victims of torture attest that the larger the voltage or current, the more painful it is; they do not go unconscious immediately. The power used to torture people is of the same order as that used to stun animals.

To produce instantaneous, painless unconsciousness, sufficient amperage (current) must pass through the animal's brain to induce an epileptic seizure. Insufficient amperage or a current path that fails to go through the brain will be painful for the animal. It will feel a large electric shock or heart attack symptoms, even though it may be paralyzed and unable to move.

In shechita kosher slaughtering, the animal dies in 6 seconds or less. Much more humane than shooting high voltage causing epileptic seizures, while the animals body jerks uncontrollably on a cold dirty floor. Only to recover, and get hit again to suffer through it all again, until someone finally slaughters it! The animal is terrified, and I would not do this to my animals when time to butcher them.

I go fast, and cut the jugular! 6 seconds, it's over. Shechita (kosher slaughter)is much more humane than electrocution, often repeatedly, BEFORE slaughtering!

Animal sacrifice is not humane ... think of Jesus the '''Lamb of God''', how he was crucified and all that.

It's not "Animal sacrifice"! It's the way we butcher our chickens, sheep and cattle on the farm!

It has nothing to do with Jesus/Yeshua as the Lamb of God when he was crucified!

It is about how to butcher animals for food!

If this law spreads, how will small farms, and people in other third world countries, butcher their animals!

This is insane!

Re: Dutch bill against Kosher slaughter, wants electrocution of all animals
Torah/Biblical law, however, is most insistent about not inflicting needless pain on animals and in emphasizing humane treatment of all living creatures.

Kosher slaughter, shechita, involves cutting the trachea and esophagus with a sharp, flawless knife. At the same time, the carotid arteries, which are the primary supplier of blood to the brain, are severed. The profound loss of blood and the massive drop in blood pressure render the animal insensate almost immediately. Studies done by Dr. H. H. Dukes at the Cornell University School of Veterinary Medicine indicate that the animal is unconscious within seconds of the incision.

It should be kept in mind that in a non-kosher plant, when the animal is killed by a shot with a captive bolt to the brain, it often has to be re-shot, sometimes up to six times, before the animal collapses. The USDA permits up to a five percent initial failure rate.

PETA itself has acknowledged, shechita is more humane than the common non-kosher form of shooting the animal in the head with a captive bolt, for reasons noted above. The Humane Slaughter Act, passed into law after objective research by the United States government, declares shechita to be humane.

Gorilla meat is not kosher anyways, neither is Pig, cat, dog ect.

I only eat chicken, lamb, beef, deer, salmon, but there is other clean meat that can be eaten.
