Well, if your religion is using the bible in any way, then you have a problem if you seek to attack the very church that wrote it. Constantine I convened the Council of Nicaea to determine what goes in and what stays out of the book of christianity. Although he didn't sit in on the actual food fights - let's get real and admit that as the funder and a person who can chop any of their heads off- he determined the essentials of what he wanted in or out.

And what kind of person was this Constantine? Well, let's put it this way: He decided he had way too much sinning to do to baptize his sleazy self while relatively young and while there were so many atrocities out there yet to do, instead waiting until he was safely on his deathbed - in which case he could then get baptized, yelling "All-y all-y in come free" to beat the raps on all his murders, rapes and slaughters - and then die a "holy" emperor.

JFC, and christians all accept this book as they beat each other over the head with it, accusing others of not being christian.
