I have been to Melbourne I know that the airport is not 500 km from the sea.

But, if people reading here, still beeing in Melbourne if something would happen, not having time to drive very quickly 500 km........it shows, that
the airports would be one of the safest places to go, as they are strong buildings, to go as far inside as possible, where there are as few windows as possible.

Someone wrote for others not beeing all down south, Victoria airport would be
500 km from the sea-side.
