Elenin's a comet, it is barely inclined to the ecliptic when Nibiru is supposed to be steeply inclined, it is ~magnitude 15 right now, far dimmer than what a large planet or brown dwarf would be at that distance, even if it were as black as asphalt, Elenin's orbit is over a million years long whereas Nibiru's is supposed to be 3600 years, and yes, Elenin is right where it should be according to its orbital elements:
