It's such a joke.

First off, they don't give two shits about people driving drunk and getting into accidents - this isn't for people's protection. They make money off the damn DUI's they issue and they wait outside bars and even mark cars on their headlights so other cops can spot who was at a bar and just pull them over.

Then there's the fact that most of the cops drink and drive themselves. Where I live in Illinois (outside Chicago), there's a handful of bars in town that cops frequent and they get trashed.

It's just like the seat belt laws...like they really give a shit if you aren't wearing a seat-belt. They just want a reason to pull you over.

This is a police state already.
