People in Japan are running out of food and water!

On the way home from work, I heard on the radio that people are running out of water and food, especially water. People that were interviewed said people are starting to worry that their government isn't doing anything to help them. Stores are roped off, and official looking people are guarding them, and apparently if you can manage to get in there is very little left on the shelves. Apparently they won't let people in because the power is out, and they don't want to open the freezers.
They also said it looked like people were forming small groups to look for food/water. People are also riding around on bikes and have sacks trying to look for food and water.

I believe it was bbc news. It sounds like things are getting desperate fast.
