Seeing as 75% of my city is made up of non working illegals who have 5 kids each and get welfare/free health care, pretty easy I'd assume.

They throw illegal immigrants in prison in Mexico. No joke...I have a 2nd cousin who was thrown in prison for 8 months for not paying a cash fine on the spot for being in Mexico illegally.
