Very safe, any excess you take is harmless, and will be excreted in urine. Please buy some before it is sold out- it is very necessary to prevent thyroid cancer in children who are exposed to radiation. "You can bend it and twist it... You can misuse and abuse it... How come people say it is so bad to use it over an extended period of time? Thanks for responding. |
