I can always tell when my Spirtual life is not as it should be, things just go wrong that shouldn't. Best thing to do is go in your room, shut the door, Pray & believe because Jesus IS right beside you always. Your honest Prayers are always heard. Be honest when you Pray and let Him know how you feel about everything that's not right in your life at that moment. He will help you, but you have to do some of the work too. Search your heart and Soul so you will be honest to God, when you speak to Him. Always be Thankful to Him for even the smallest things. I think many of us fail to see the endless amount of Blessings right in front of us. I know I've been guilty of that more than once. He hears every single Prayer to Him, no matter who you are..
