This could have been caused by light or dark forces. It could have been spiritual forces trying to pull you up above your existence to show you some things.

On the other hand, it could have been something dark attempting to get a hold on you.

How did the energy feel? Even when it is being done by the light forces, we feel fear since it is all new and unknown. If we can trust and go along with it, you could have an incredible encounter.

However, if it was dark forces at work, you would have felt the darkness of the energy, and been in fear of that. Resist and pray, if this is the case.

For a period a couple of years ago, I would have to go and lie down every afternoon at 3pm, because I would get giddy. Once horizontal, I would be lifted out of my body and taken up to the Brotherhood of Light for instruction.

I never remembered what they told or showed me, but it is locked in my brain somewhere. It was only towards the end of this period, that they stated they would allow me to remain conscious for the beginning of one of the processes. I felt myself being drawn up and out of my body. I recall seeing the Brotherhood all standing before me in their light and all glory. Then the instruction began, and my conscious mind forget whatever happened next.
