Sunday night’s quake of magnitude 3.0 was centered two-thirds of a mile west of Dearman, and six miles southwest of Blytheville, in Mississippi County. The area is in the New Madrid Seismic Zone.
Six earthquakes of magnitude 2 or greater have been reported between May 1 and late July. |
