I read a report earlier that said they WERE going to use cloud-seeding to try to get this storm to dump rain into the Pacific before it got here. No lie, it was a credible source but I did not save that one!
Maybe that caused some odd behavior, like the tornadoes?
IMO, the "bad" plume is still out there, this storm is drawing moisture from the low that was brought from Japan area, moisture that gathered right at the time of the plutonium release. That moisture is going to come in Sunday I believe.
I watch storm systems and such, have for 25 years.
We know some readings have been detected as early as Friday, but the big explosions and fuel rod fires are the ones that had the worst ingredients,on the satellite you can see that plume is over the pacific and being drawn into this storm around Saturday aft. to Sunday.So, we are stocked up and not going walking in the rain, as a precaution.
