I delete my cookies all the time.

At times I have changed the settings so that I get a pop-up box asking my permission to recieve a cookie.

There are SO MANY cookies that doing that becomes a real hassle.

But at least that way you have control.. and you also get a sense of what is happening.. eg. cookies from sites that you are not visiting!

Every single time you watch a youtube video, for example, you get a flash cookie.
