Jared Loughner first shows up in Pima County Sheriff's records beginning Sept. 23, 2004, when he reported a fellow student at his high school stuck him in the arm with a pin.
Loughner told deputies he became dizzy and had to be helped to the school nurse.
Maybe Jared is a Wack a doo... Or maybe he has been drugged/ programed for long time.
