There is video somewhere I just can't find it. I did find a description of what Judge Roll's "last moments" were like... Barber was shot in the arm. Judge Roll then pushed him down and, shielding Barber with his own body, steered him to shelter under a nearby table. While under the table, Loughner aimed for Roll’s exposed back and pulled the trigger. The video continues as Judge Roll looks up over his right shoulder, lies back down and dies at the scene.Shot in the back... looks back up *wink* lays back down to die (wait)? This whole thing has been awkward from the start the more I've looked into it the more suspicious I am. This is from: Sandy Rios Judge John Roll Was a Hero: Why Didn't We Know This? Which incidently I believe will be the only "evidence" we will ever see . yes, and to top it off, there is actually two different video reenactments, one showing Roll jumping in front of Barber, and Loughner curiously turning the gun towards Roll, the second video shows Roll pulling Barber behind a table, and Loughner has to crouch down to shoot Roll. Both videos are horribly made, and obviously the same "artist" made both of them, but they are different. What's with the discrepancy guys? I thought you reviewed the video sufficiently and have absolute proof? They are obviously trying to make it seem like Roll was not the intended target. It does seem that way but its easy to see through because Loughners motive for killing Giffords is weak.However if the judge was the target i feel that it would have benn a professional who killed him.
