Remember the last OP nailed the 7.0 prequake in Japan by half an hour, which was followed by a 9.0 and Tsunami 3 days later. In other words, the Tsunami would emanate from the mainland side and head towards the Philippine Islands...makes perfect sense.

4. Both Ops logged in as Anonymous Cowards.

5. Both posted at almost the same time of night. 8:33p.m and 9:11 pm

6. Both from United States.

7. 9:11 and 8:33 are Illuminati numbers.

A prophet maybe...but someone who knows that HAARP is about to be used....no. HAARP relies on vibrating loose a fault that has built up potential energy over time. Hence, the previous correct OP insider got the March 8, 2011 quake correct, but it took three more days for that fault to release it full energy.

In other cases, no matter how much HAARP is used, it probably can't loosen the fault enough to cause a major earthquake.

Unfortunately I don't know enough about HAARP if they can help relieve the pressure or not.

RF does affect earth (ground) and I can see that the low vibrations is causes could in theory make a wav form in the ground to move if it's under pressure.

It's like the hillside soaked with rain or snow packed ready to become an avalanche. All it needed is a vibration to set if off if weight (gravity) is behind it.

So I think it's possible it's just unknown as a fact.
