Why would they direct HAARP at Myanmar? What's the reasoning there? I'm not aware of anything special in that area, does anyone else know?

Burma does not have a central bank and has been the target of an enormous cyclone nargis a couple years back. It is also the rice breadbasket of the region.

When they refused to let US aid deploy, reports of another killer cyclone storm forming, which subsequently disappeared from reports once the Burma govt. allowed "limited" aid to enter their country.

I believe this is one of the very few countries on the planet that is not Illuminati controlled, which explains as to why they have crosshairs on their back.
