nothing, fluoride doesnt occur natually. Fluorine does in gaseous state. It is highly toxic. Combined with sodium you get fluoride.

Precisely, considering a large percentage of American water supplies have sodium fluoride added to them the tea could easily leach it from the water used to process the tea leaves.

This is true with any consumable products that use water in their processing, e.g. soda and fruit drinks...
