Peace... My first post...:-) Kimmi When even the brightest mind in our world has been trained up from childhood in a superstition of any kind, it will never be possible for that mind, in its maturity, to examine sincerely, dispassionately, and conscientiously any evidence or any circumstance which shall seem to cast a doubt upon the validity of that superstition. I doubt if I could do it myself. - Mark Twain "Is Shakespeare Dead?" |

The rest is from some archeo-christian's head. Quoting: Bugsy MoranExcellent post. Nobody even knows what this book says or is about, but leave it to the fanatics to jump to conclusions. Reminds me of the simpsons show where lisa found an "angel" in the ground. |

Seventy metal books found in cave in Jordan could change our view of Biblical history Now this is weird! Monday nights the event was about finding lost vases with possible scrolls within. This guy dempsey seems to be some kind of alien organism who knew about these as he said to one of guys who found the shit, these are 10k old and its to bad you won't be telling your grand kids about this. BANG, dempsey shot the guy dead. Dempsey has another dude walk him in the cave with a flash light to see whats on the wall. You should have watched it, it was a good one and the event has been shadowing whats been going on lately in our matrix reality. freakin bizzaro |

Seventy metal books found in cave in Jordan could change our view of Biblical history Revelation 5 1And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals. 2And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof? 3And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon. 4And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon. 5And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. 6And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth. 7And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne. 8And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints. 9And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; --- Israel has taken the books, trying to prevent the fulfillment of the above prophecy. |

Seventy metal books found in cave in Jordan could change our view of Biblical history Please don't open these metal scrolls. We were able to derive theories of the Antikythera mechanism simply by not by ripping this device apart when it was found. Scanning techniques will continue to refine and archeologists should refrain from ripping these new-found scrolls apart. |

Look at the second picture here: [link to www.dailymail.co.uk] There are 7 rings or seals? keeping the book closed (not counting the binding rings)...... Is this the correct usage of "seals" in the above passage? Last Edited by FBHO on 03/30/2011 02:27 PM Marxism is the true enemy of our civilization.
