I actually wrote a paper about this zinc swindle.
Its much much worse than what anyone here says and unfortunately vitamins arnt regulated and are many times more dangerous than big pharma in MOST cases.

anyone who scratches the surface will find that zinc is a major toxic waste from refining / smelting. Like fluoride there were thousands of lawsuits and so as usual the bastards did there old trick of hiring a bunch of doctors to show that zinc was an 'essential' nutrient and 'we dont get enough in our diet' and 'the body cant make zinc' and how essential it is for this and that function (usual tripe they role out for everything) and low an behold not only do all of those pesky lawsuits suddenly disappear but now with a little cosmetic repackaging they can now SELL their toxic waste to idiot consumers... WOW eh?

sad thing is, this pattern is repeated again and again and idiots lap it up every time.

Never trust your health to a Youtube Doctor, most are all fake. My Wife went on a Keto diet based on a popular youtube Dr. that was well known and had published many books. She followed it exactly according to all his videos and read his books. Then she started getting all the Keto side effects. Of course there were videos that showed the cure was to order the supplements sold on his website at ridiculously high prices.

After a month on the supplements she ended up in the hospital with liver and pancreas problems and could have died. The nurse said they have around 3 people a week come in from this keto diet. Just a fews months before she started the keto, she had a checkup and bloodwork done that all came back perfect. But after months of the keto and supplements, her bloodwork came back with many problems that showed she was close to liver failure and pancreas failure.

I did research on the Youtube Dr and found out he was not even a real medical Dr. His clinic where he supposedly treated all these patients, turned out to be a fake address. Even the locations where the videos were made turned out to be fake. They where from a company that rents out upscale rooms and offices for making videos. So someone can look like they're making the video in their upscale Dr office or the kitchen in their expensive home, but in reality it's just a rented room staged the way they want for a video shoot. Did some more digging and he had been in trouble for practicing medicine without a license many years back.

Since then my wife has been eating a normal diet and no supplements for the last year, her bloodwork is now back in normal ranges.

When i was in the hospital it was full with very attractive nurses. All of them had big booty and i was like what's going on here something doesnt look right.

Then a nurse at my workplace revealed that all women in that city do butt and breast implants etc.

There was also a very attractive blonde nurse that was kinda hitting on me big time. I checked her facebook and her body was full with demonic and lunar tattoos! And her mother was a full blown asian/chinese!

I got pissed how sneaky the chinese lunar genes blend in with other races and is impossible to notice them in some people.

It also confirmed how we're all infected with them even those that dont look in appearance to have them at all.

When i was in the hospital i was telling myself "dont bite the apple" reminding me how women or men to women are like the apple in the bible where after you take a bite you get in big trouble.

And then finding out her body is full with demonic tattoos like the icon of sin goat from doom 2 with an upside down cross on its head etc i was like i dodged a bullet there by staying clear from her.

That hospital in general felt to be a very evil place like the hospital from hellraiser 2!

There's a scene in hellraiser 2 i just saw on youtube where hellraiser is dressed like a doctor and laughed so hard at it.

I only consumed 1 tiny dot of it when i was back in the hospital and it gave me high fevers, it looked like there was a war going on inside me like either it was fighting and kicking ass or infecting me.

Doctors checked my blood immediately after and did an x-ray on my chest and found a minor blood and lung infection and immediately put me on antifungal iv which helped me recover overnight.

I'm afraid to consume thc after that as i suspect the ones that sell it dilute it and contaminate it with toxic stuff, like oil thickeners etc.

Then i thought to buy buds and make my own oil but how can i know the seller grew it naturally and without pesticides where i read many pesticides cause leukemia etc.

I cannot grow it myself and is a huge risk buying it from others so i haven't taken it again.
