How do you do to keep your mind quiet so much?
I mean when my spirit smells the beginning of some truth my satan-ego-mind starts thinking or singing to make me think about something else. Ans it s hard to focus on your threads right now.
That s a real question not a joke, there is a continual fight to stay focus on something. How can we "kill" that voice?

Holy shit, this happens to me so many times!
Every time i think and get close to notice something very important or recover an ancient erased memory my flesh will do all kind of things to distract me, all of a sudden my body out of nowhere will start itching bad, some loud noise, a fly or small bug will show up out of nowhere to distract me.
The movie cabin in the woods showed to our face how the lunar scum manipulate us and our surroundings insidiously in order for us to behave and act like they want us to, like puppets.
See also the scene where the girl picked up a knife to protect herself and they had her own flesh send a painful electrical signal to her hand so she drops the knife and be easy prey for the bad guys that were coming from outside the house.
Just remembered the movie inception that showed to our face how the lunar scum steal thoughts and memories from our very brains when we sleep!
If they notice we have a memory or an idea that will lead us somewhere they dont want our minds to go, they remove/steal that idea/memory right out of our heads!

From my research it all comes down to destroying the moon, cerebro sphere/mind control haarp antenna like in the movie they live, x-men etc.

I wish i knew some personal solution like magneto had created that special helmet to block professor x/lunar boss/satan out of his mind and controlling him like a puppet like he does to everybody else insidiously.

I had done some research on special helmets like that and it can be risky as there are reports that they can amplify the mind control signals instead of blocking them.

I'm a victim just like you man but what keeps me focus in what i do is the excitement of learning secrets and exposing things that hide in plain sight!

Another thing my flesh does to me on daily basis and wastes a lot of my free time, is making me constantly thinking about women and porn.

They implant informations which are programs since our "birth". Programs become beliefs which create the matter. The only way they can control us is by promoting ideas. Nothing else. They play with our feelings and émotions. We are not our feelings and émotions. We can manage them to élévate our situation here and have the reality we want.
I have changed all my prison in few months. By hurting my soul with changing the meaning of words. For example money.
I ve always had problems with it because i believed it was hard to have, that i didn t diserve it. I felt bad when i thought about money. For weeks i ve transformed the feeling to à good one. Now when i think about money i think i don t have to work hard and that i need it. Still this morning i ve received à letter : the matrix cancels my taxes. All my house taxes for a year! I ve lost the feeling of fear which is the most important. Then it can t do anything against me. I protect myself from my soul.
