Another thing i wanna mention that shows how stupid the masses are.

The masses protest, revolt and rebel out in the open.
That's all they doing for thousands of years and have become predictable to their enemy who has gained a lot of experience on how to deal with those problems.

So what the masses need to do is change their strategy come up with a different plan their enemy has no prior experience on how to deal with it.

One good way from my point of view is for the masses to learn from their enemy and try to operate like him, getting up to his level so to speak.

The enemy has many secret societies.
The masses should make their own secret societies, meetings, groups etc.

The enemy is spying on people.
The masses should spy on the enemy. Follow its members/puppets everywhere they go, know everything they doing etc etc.

The enemy is killing important people silently and insidiously.
The masses should kill any important puppets of the enemy silently and insidiously too.

I noticed secret societies might be puppets of the lunar boss but still, how good is a chess player/puppet master when he runs out of pawns/puppets?

We can literally disarm the lunar boss by taking out his/her puppets.

Just throwing this idea out as if the masses wanna truly change things, they need to come up with a different/better/unpredictable plan.
