Afterlife from dbz comes to mind where they had us lined up to lose our form becomes so obvious now what was/is really taking place there!

They make us formless so they can send us back to earth to take a new form!

And i guess burning/hell of religion might be one of their ways to make us lose our form.

Just like with metals, you have to burn them and make them formless before you reform them.

Losing your form is also death and dbz being made by the lunar scum didnt want to make it that obvious.

And uneducated in greek means formless!
