It's a dead document...practically useless nowadays. In fact of the entire structure of the government wasn't built upon its instructions...those in office would have burned it an danced around it like wild indians....

Quoting: WayCoolJunior There's a federal statute that gives the meaning of the word "source" but the guy that dared to post it on the internet got thrown in prison for doing it. "Source" as it relates to the income tax, does not mean any where near what most "taxpayers" think it does.
