ISP bandwidth throttling is a bunch of bullshit and Draconian. Treated like a child for going over a limit or exceeding an allotment of data, LOL.

churchlady<<<Typical ISP who throttles: Well, looks like you need some throttling for downloading all that porn.
granny<<<<That's for all the ripoff ISP's who throttle good paying customers who never miss a patment.

Especially AT&T can go fuck itself.

start downloading massive free linux iso files and deleting them and re-downloading them over and over. Tell all your local buddies and neighbors to do the same. They want to choke your internet to death, choke them back.

Each time a person stands for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he or she sends forth a tiny ripple of hope. And crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring, those ripples build a current that can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance. Few are willing to embrace the disapproval of their fellows, the censure of their colleagues, the wrath of their society. Moral courage is a rarer commodity than bravery in battle or great intelligence. Yet it is the one essential vital quality for those who seek to change a world that yields most painfully to change. ya ATT limits my DSL 6mb down to 1.5-2 as soon as I visit youtube. cant watch HD videos without massive buffering now.
I found out it was ATT by doing a speedtest through youtube.
It said they only get 2mb from att users.

I've done nothing but bitch about it.

Alternate days when you are downloading something.
You don't know their algorithm for 'average daily use' or 'average weekly use' or 'average monthly use based on current activity', so skip days.

Download video during off-peak hours, including youtube HD videos you want to watch. Open the page, put it on mute, go so stuff, like cook dinner and eat, or take a bath, or use the bathroom, and come back when most of the buffering/downloading has occurred.

AT&T and Comcast and others don't have control, it's just an illusion of control, so you alter the illusion if you use your God power by 'living' and expanding the things you can do in the same time it takes to download something off the internet.

Live people, because when we leave here, we will look back and say, 'wow' that was a GREAT ride, I wish I'd took in more of the sights while dealing with the 'excitement' of the experiences.

I love you no matter what you choose to do.
