Center of forehead region muscle spasms?
I've had the ringing in the ears. Lack of sleep and weird dreams. But now my forehead area seems to be tightening and and spasming.

Anyone else??

I'm just kidding. Sounds like one of my sinus migraines. They go all the way up into the forehead and even make your eyes twitch.
