Could be that you have a blockage in your intestines which can be VERY serious even life threatening. So if you continue to be in pain and unable to go to the bathroom, go to the ER soon.

Constipation can cause cramps like this, drink some Prune Juice for a quick relief method. Two tall glasses should make you scared to fart.
It isn't something serious unless it's been a week or so without defecation, putrefying is a concern as it is waste material going even more rotten inside you, and that will change your body. Such as causing pain/cramps, bad breath and all sorts of other ailments. Eat enough fiber, and drink enough liquids WATER being the best.

Again, drink some prune juice with plenty of water, start intaking more Fiber in your diet. The prune juice will take about an hour to soften all the stool that is stuck in you currently.

Lol, yes I am a supporter of the mighty Prune Juice, all other laxatives will bow in it's presence. All it really is, is the water that was used to rehydrate dried prunes, it's natural unlike artificial laxatives which can be overly forceful and habit forming.
Again, Fiber and enough excersize can help with constipation. Constipation can cause hemmohroids as well, so yeah, you should take care of that problem.

I find out what my problem was, severe constipation and an ulcer.

The good thing is that both can be treated with diet.
