Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1329014Well then, you must also "suspect" that every amateur who has observed this comet is actually a government agent as well, myself included. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1243121I caught your show of Saturn the other night on ustream. I gotta say I was extremely unimpressed. I expected at least a decent image from someone who spouts off the way you do... this is what i mean totally no need for it |

rphunter User ID: 1283936 United States 05/03/2011 01:25 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | yes.. but what I was asking was can you enlarge it in the future and false color [contrast] it with a grid superimposed? very nice Sir, .. any enhancements like false color.. in the works? Quoting: rphunter@Astronut: Have you made a Foto of Elenin with your Telescope? Quoting: nedlogYes, I have. [link to i319.photobucket.com] I found it to be exactly where it should have been according to its orbital elements. It is incredibly faint, which would not be the case if it were a brown dwarf star. The image may not look like much to the untrained eye, but this camera exchanges the noise level for speed when imaging deep space objects. It detects within seconds what takes most astronomical CCDs minutes to record (the trade-off being the noise level of the image) and it does so using infrared as well as visible light. Thanks! Technically this camera always puts out "false" color as it perceives light beyond the visible spectrum (into infrared, probably into UV as well but I'd have to check the CCD specs again for the latter) and beyond what our eyes can see. Quoting: rphunterDo you mean you want to see an intensity-based color version of the comet (heat map, as I like to call it despite it being a misnomer) like this? [link to www.astrosurf.com] As for adding a grid, do you mean an equatorial grid like this? [link to www.astrosurf.com] That can be done too, but at this narrow field of view the grid will be quite sparse and probably look something like this: [link to www.astrosurf.com] |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 1325079 United Kingdom 05/03/2011 10:09 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | astronut with the remark above ,ive come to the conclusion you know something or was about to say something as you aint delivered a punch line ,i have googled the vampire sparkle question and now i c they are all over my uncle sparkles and another cousin, they are both multi millionares,i thought it was just face cream and face jobs but yes they sparkle and are not good ,well they are good to themselves and have hurt lots to get what theye have got .masonic. i thought they were useing facial creams and shit enemas but they are one 70 the other 45 but yes they have changed .wus u saying im a phycotic vampire who dont go in the sun?? if not why no punch line. i found this on google. Stephenie Meyer's personal creation of a creature that sparkles in the sun, is rock hard, universally beautiful immortal, almost invincible, and drinks animal/human blood. Pretty uninteresting things. ps you will notice many a countrys leader sparkles and the news readers, i remeber a few raids in italy a few ears back and human blood from teenagers was found cooled in the owners fridges ,they used drips to let it go in threw a vien. if im one i dont eat blood quorn mushroom es not meat. so if you are a gov agent your info is wrong i am not a sparklein vampire ,if i am i dont know i am,my friend said i look pale and dark round the eyes but just like anyone else in north uk.which would be a pretty good place for sparkling vampires because we have clouds 98% of the time with rain. that will stop anything from sparkleing for to long. |
