I am *Dawn* a novice at muscle testing. May I step in to practice my skills. I am hoping for a certain percentage of accuracy, but I am willing to fall flat on my face in a public forum.

Here goes:

I got that you are a male, 24ish.

I tested you on Dr. Bradley Nelson's The Emotion Code. I stopped at two blocked emotions. They were the first two that identified themselves:

1. A blocked emotion presented itself as ABANDONMENT. Received at conception from father. I performed a remote healing released said emotion.

2. Another blocked emotion presented itself as ANGER. Received at 7 years old. Remote testing indicated there was something more I needed to know. Thoughts that came to me were: "Christopher, apple, spaghetti, punch." Further my left ear started buzzing. The remote healing released said emotion.

I tested your level of consciousness to be 497.

Again, I am a novice, and am experimenting here with you because it was requested. I do hope some of this resonates with you.....grouphug

For abandonment, I can only recall one instance in my entire life when I felt abandoned and that is probably when I was around 7 which you indicated anger is coming from? It happened when I was at school, some woman was dressed exactly as my mother and she was coincidentally walking in the direction we live from school. I remember trying to ask her something several times and eventually she turned around and when I saw it wasn't mom I ran home in fear and hid under my bed. Mom came home later on but I remember I was very scared. Unless you are talking about my father feeling abandoned? I wouldn't know anything about that.

As far as anger, my parents are close to hitting rock bottom and are both emotionally and rationally out of control. I'm pressured like hell to find work or go to school. However, the more I'm pressured to do something I don't want to the more determined I am to resist and carry out my duty of helping them advance over their faults even if it kills me. I am prepared for anything to provide the opportunity my parents need to self induce the most powerful force in the entire universe, and that is a self review paired with self change. In my parents particular situation this can only happen when they feel there is nothing left to lose. While I will not sabotage, I will exercise my actions limited by respect.

The timing on this is perilous and I am ready and willing to make any level of self sacrifice to make it happen. I will not however compromise my beliefs and do things I feel are unnecessary. If I am cast out, disowned, labeled as an enemy, or what have you, it will always be worth it knowing I helped someone take a step in a direction that ultimately helps them become a better individual.

In the face of complete and utter annihilation I will never flinch or deviate from my path as long as I see it as just. I'd embrace that moment if it is able to provide that opportunity to anyone. Otherwise any level of intimidation to make me bend in ways I refuse to will be fruitless.

Whatever emotions you are picking up I'm not sure they are going to be entirely accurate. I have control over myself and I am able to choose how I feel. Each emotion I pick usually has utility to it. Knowing that I can fluctuate wildly.

With having said all of that A disturbing amount of people have themselves trapped in a self destructive self imposed matrix. I choose to be the counter to that matrix. Though anything can happen at any moment I am prepared to deal with the changes respectfully and rationally regardless.

I hope this helps. Would love to collaborate with you more. Can't wait for your reply. Anyone who can do readings I would enjoy hearing anything I know or already or don't know. Thank you. :)

Thanks for the feedback!!! Just to clarify, I personally didn’t ‘sense’ any emotions from you. The two emotions were chosen from the “Collective Unconscious.“ I assume your higher powers knew which two were most important for you at this time!! I obtain permission before I facilitated any changes.

Dr. Bradley Nelson, The Emotion Code, believes that “trapped emotions” are responsible for 90% of our problems. Emotions can really add color to our lives but sometimes an emotion can become trapped somewhere in our body and manifest. I’ve been releasing some of my trapped emotions this month (slowly, a little at a time), and discovered that many of mine were inherited at conception, going back multi-generations. That really gave me the opportunity to have empathy for my parents who had inherited trapped emotions. I’m 50 now, and am finally forgiving their and my “inadequacies.”

You seem very-strong willed. I am worried that you may be exerting more ‘force’ than ‘power.’ Consider finding Dr. David Hawkins’ book Force vs. Power, The Hidden Determinants of Human Behavior. Dr. Hawkins discuses concepts such as there being is a “critical point at which the smallest input will result in the greatest change.”

Your words show a warrior, but who are you fighting? Consider releasing weaker attractor patterns and using strong “attractor patterns” and see what comes back at you. Before I leave Dr. Hawkins, let me just also share with you that he believes we live in a “holographic universe”--each point of view reflecting a position that is defined by the viewer’s unique level of consciousness. That is WHY we mustn’t get frustrated at other’s opinions and viewpoints. That is the window of which they are looking, not you. They may not be ready to get to your window.

I would also like to point you in the direction of Ho‘oponopono [link to en.wikipedia.org] which is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. Dr. Hew Lin believes we are 100% responsible for our own lives and peace begins with me/you. Dr. Lin states we live in one of two places: 1) inspiration or 2) data/memories (which replay over and over and over again). When an unpleasant person/circumstances happens, simply repent (I am sorry); forgive (thank you for giving me this one LAST chance to experience this through you); and transmute (bah bye). They claim he cleaned out an insane asylum simply using this technique while working there. Calin has Dr. Lin’s U-Tube video posted.

Remember to attend to your needs first and then to others. Eventually, everyone will benefit from you. How could they not? We are All Connected.

Gosh! You are working! Good news. So nice to hear that instead of lost my job or been out of work for 2 years!!! I hear so much of that these days.

How is the finding a living space for you going? Do you need us to help out perhaps? Maybe some distant remote stuff?

Dawn Dawn Dawn!!! I had no idea you were getting into any of the energy healing modalities I had posted! Cool!

I will watch this wonderful thing unfold!

I do have a question though. What method did you use to clear the blockages that you found using TEC?

If I may suggest one thing. Even if you cleared the identified emotion another way, I would have AC 388 run a magnet from his nose up and over his head and down the back spine for as far as he can reach while keeping the blockage identified in mind. 3 times. That is part of the protocol for TEC. Couldn't hurt right?

I try to watch everything, but I am a little behind right now.

When you posted Dr. Nelson's techniques, I stayed up until 3:30 in the morning.
I read and reread Dr. Hawkins' book.
I love the Psych K techniques.

I do not use a magnet. I use my trustly crystal that I've had forever. It has even been up against the skull of Max The Crystal Skull when It was in Nevada City.

Yes, I roll the crystal from the nose, along the skull, to the base of the neck (which is about all I can reach). I go 3x for this life; 10x for conception, and I visualize the person in all their glory. I usually tickle them when I'm done (usually tickle their feet like they are a baby) and that makes me laugh.

How to Stop Getting Dragged Down to Lower Levels of Consciousness

No one is wrong. In the eyes of love, all people are doing the best they can from their own levels of consciousness. Deepak Chopra

So, you’re putting in the self-work, uncovering your limiting beliefs, exposing your outdated thought patterns, shedding light on your shadows, and processing the old, stuck places within you. Then out of nowhere – BLAM you’ve been unsettled! You’re buttons are being pressed by someone who quite simply, is a ball of unconscious, automatic reactions. What do you do?

As you grow to new levels of consciousness, it becomes clear to see who isn’t growing with you. Dealing with these people can be one of the most challenging aspects of growth work.

It’s easy to be conscious or spiritual in a bubble, in the safe and supportive environment of a retreat or around likeminded people, but what about around people who don’t even know they have an ego, let alone that it’s running their entire life? What about around family, friends and even strangers who do not share your outlook on life?

Living your consciousness in the big, wide world is where the rubber really meets the road. This is where you get to find out where you’re really at.

“The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.” Martin Luther King Jr.

Here are 10 ways to stop yourself being dragged down to lower levels of consciousness when your buttons are pressed:

1. Walk your talk
If you really feel you are operating at a higher level of consciousness, stop talking about it and demonstrate it in your behaviour. Rise above your personality or ego and be it. Being at a higher level of consciousness than someone else doesn’t mean you are superior to them, just more aware and less reactive.

2. See the opportunity
If you change the way you look at the situation you would see that you are being given a great opportunity to raise your own level of consciousness by shining the light of awareness on your stuck parts. Being aware is the first step to change after all.

3. Love
How you respond to the less conscious parts of others reflects how you are with the less conscious parts of yourself. Consciousness is not a good or bad thing, that’s your ego’s interpretation of it. We’re all on this journey together and it’s a journey with no end. When you are able to accept and then love your less conscious parts, it will be easier to deal with it in others.

4. Show compassion
People didn’t emerge as grown-ups, everyone has a story that contributes to who they are today. Before you leap into judging someone as wrong or inferior remember that they are the way they are for a reason. Instead of judging them for being different from how you think they should be, you could show them compassion. They are simply doing the best they know how, as are you. That compassion extends to you too as you come face-to-face with your unconscious parts, you can only be as compassionate with them as you are with yourself.

5. Separate the facts from the fiction
As a conscious being, you are in a position to take responsibility for the part your stories, projections and assumptions play on the situation. Look at the undisputable facts and be aware of how you’re interpreting the rest. Eg, if you feel victimised by a situation, look objectively at the situation’s facts. What has actually happened? Look at how you’re interpreting it, how else can you interpret it?

6. Stay open
Look at where you are pushing your own agenda and not letting things unfold as they want to. There’s a bigger plan going on for everyone, not just you. Get out of the way and follow the signs and synchronicities trusting that it’s all happening for yours and their, highest good.

7. Watch your ego
Sometimes you may be thinking you’re coming from a conscious place but it’s actually ego in disguise. Needing to be right, being offended and feeling superior are all signs that you are in your ego’s grip.

8. Mind your own business
When your buttons are pressed, trying to fix the other person so you feel better is not the answer and a waste of time. The only thing within your control is your response, focus on your own inner work and the chances of your buttons being pressed seriously decrease.

9. Don’t argue with their unconscious side
There’s no point arguing with someone when they are in unconscious mode. They’re not going to see your point since their unconscious’ main aim is to survive at all costs and keeping their point of view alive is part of this. They will be defensive, full of blame and justifying everything, anything to keep their position alive.

10. Give yourself a break
It doesn’t matter who you are, we all lose it sometimes. Consciousness isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being aware. If you fly off the handle, watch yourself, learn from it, forgive yourself and move on

Three Little Words That Can Change Your Life

Here’s a simple tip:

Whenever you hear yourself think or say “always” or “never” followed by a negative belief, place three little words in front of the statement.

These powerful words are “Up until now….”

Example: “I always have bad luck in relationships.” or “I never can keep a job I like.”
Notice how final those negative sentences seem.
And they probably feel pretty “realistic” to the person saying them.
Now add the magic words and notice how the energy of the statement changes:

“Up until now I’ve had bad luck in relationships.”

“Up until now I’ve never kept a job I liked.”

Give it a try it with some of your own negative thoughts.
What Are You Sentencing Yourself To?

I invite you try the following experiment:

Keep track of your thoughts and words over the next few days. Even for the next few hours. What do you hear yourself say to yourself and others about your job? Your life? The “economy”? Yourself? What are your thoughts about money? Success? The opposite sex? I bet you’ll be surprised.

What main themes do you notice when you really pay attention to your inner and outer conversations? Do your thoughts tend to be positive? Are your words pleasant? Or do you constantly find fault with yourself and others?

Your word is a powerful creative force. As the familiar scripture states: “In the beginning was the Word…” What messages are you sending yourself and others? What judgments are you “sentencing” yourself to? I invite you to consider your thoughts and words as instructions to the Universe. What kind of world are your thoughts and words creating?

If you love the life your words and thoughts are creating, great! If you are a happy camper I’m betting the messages you send yourself and others are mostly positive. However, if you have areas in your life where you feel wounded, dis-empowered, hopeless or helpless, you will likely discover a lot of negative thoughts and complaints.

You may be thinking, “Of course! Those things suck! I’m only being realistic!” That’s to be expected if you believe that your thoughts are merely reactions to what happens “out there.” But if you accept my invitation to consider your mind as a powerful creator, then you may want to shift your perspective and begin to change things by first changing your thoughts. I know this won’t sound “realistic” to some of you, but I invite you to try it anyway. If you want to change your outer reality, start by changing your thoughts and words.
Brainwashing

As a hypnotherapist I profoundly respect the power words have to shape consciousness and affect behavior. I am always amused when a new client asks me, “Can I be hypnotized?” I have to stop myself from blurting, “When have you NOT been hypnotized?”

The truth is people hypnotize themselves with their own thoughts and words all day, everyday. It’s sad that so many of the messages we give ourselves aren’t very helpful. Many of our habitual thoughts derive from conclusions we reached at the ripe old age of 3! We’ve internalized beliefs we imprinted from Mom, Dad, teachers, advertisers, politicians – usually without much questioning or examination. Too often we are unconsciously sentencing ourselves to Should, Shouldn’t, Always and Never. As you pay attention to the things you unconsciously think and say, you may begin to feel the need for a good “brainwashing.”

Start by choosing something that you have been complaining about – something you are sure you are “right’ about – and change your tune. It’s that simple. Stop complaining. Begin thinking and speaking about the situation or person in a positive light. Even better, take some positive action. Start with something small. Here are some examples:

Change, “I hate to exercise,” to, “Let’s go for a walk. It’ll be fun!”

Change, “I’m not the creative type,” to, “It’s fun to play around with paint.”

Change, “We’ll never find a place to park,” to, “I’m really lucky getting great parking spaces.”

Change, “This is going to be really hard,” to, “This is going to be a lot easier than I expected.”

You can choose to recreate your life by redirecting your thoughts and words. Begin by weeding from your vocabulary such habitual phrases as:”I’m sick and tired….”; ”To die for…”; ”It’s killing me….”; ”It’s too hard…”; ”This will never work…”

You get the idea. Don’t be afraid of your own thoughts, but do keep your mental garden weeded and seeded with thoughts of that which you would love to have growing and blooming in your life.
Three Little Words That Can Change Your Life

Those three little words open the door to new possibilities; they create potential for positive change. They are a key to moving into the NOW and letting go of past patterns.

They are magic. Try them.

If you’ve ever tried to lose or gain weight, you probably know what a set point is. It’s that number on your scale where your weight “plateaus” and doesn’t want to budge. Even if you manage to change it, your weight will gravitate back to the number as soon as you let up. Recent research suggests that people may have a happiness set point as well.

One study interviewed lottery winners as well as people who had suffered spinal cord injuries. The researchers found that the lucky lottery winners would often experience a temporary increase in happiness but after a time the effect would fade. The reverse seemed to happen with the spinal injury group; first they experienced an understandable decrease in happiness, but often their sense of well-being tended to return to pre-accident levels.
Can We Measure Happiness?

The notion of a happiness set point suggests that we are limited to an “inborn” level of happiness that’s not likely to change much no matter what happens in life. This is good news if you are on the cheerful end of the spectrum. Not so good if you tend to be gloomy. But is it really true?

Let’s take a closer look at how these studies are typically designed. It’s obvious “measuring” happiness can never be as precise as weighing in on a scale. The problem is, happiness research depends on subjective self-assessments. “On a scale of 1 to 10 how happy do you think you are compared to other people?” “Do you laugh a lot?” That sort of thing. Such surveys can generally indicate what a person believes about themselves, but they don’t really prove anything. Secondly, unless the researchers had a time machine, the only way they could have evaluated the lottery winners’ and spinal injury patients’ pre-event “baseline” of happiness would be to ask them to remember what they thought it was. Again, a notoriously unreliable scientific method.
Twins Studies

However researcher David T. Lykken found evidence that identical twins have 50 percent more similar levels of happiness than non-identical twins.This was true even among twins who grew up in different households. This strongly suggests a genetic factor. As a result it’s been widely reported in popular books and articles that our level of happiness may be 50 percent genetically determined. Maybe you’ve seen the pie chart dividing the factors influencing your happiness: 50 percent of happiness is ascribed to the theoretical happiness set point. External circumstances account for 10 percent but a whopping 40 percent of happiness is determined by “intentional activity.” Regardless of your set point, you still have a lot of room to influence your own happiness.

The first thing to do is realize you have a choice, even when dealing with difficulties. Marci Shimoff , author of Happy for No Reason suggests, “The next time you’re faced with a challenging situation that gives rise to negative thoughts and bad feelings, find an equally true thought about the situation that makes you feel better – and lean into it.”

7 Simple Ways to Raise Your Happiness Set Point.

1. Focus on solutions instead of problems.
Accept the situation, look at the choices available and take action. Even baby steps help.

2. Don’t believe every negative thought you have.
In order to help us survive, our brains are wired to pay more attention to whatever it perceives as threatening our survival. Ask yourself if what you are ruminating about actually life-threatening. Is it even helpful? If not, gently refocus your mind on something positive – or better yet, something that makes you laugh. Even better, laugh at yourself.

3. Develop a positive explanatory style.
Optimists are happier and optimism can be learned.

4. Practice gratitude.
I suggest something I call Micro Gratitude. Look for tiny things you usually take for granted and feel appreciation for them. Aren’t you thankful for hot running water? A car that starts? Your pillow? Your next breath? Of course you are!

5. Take good care of your body.
You know the drill: Get plenty of rest, healthy food and exercise. What’s good for your body is good for your brain. Obvious right?

6. Cultivate healthy relationships.
Don’t put off calling a friend. Make it a point to spend quality time with people you love. Don’t gossip.

7. Practice random acts of kindness.
It’s amazing how much better you feel when you make someone else feel better. Make a positive difference in someone’s life today. Smiles and hugs count.

Deepak Chopra's 7-Step Exercise to Release Emotional Turbulence

t's not easy to deal with painful emotions head-on. But it's a key to good health and well-being physically, mentally and spiritually. If we don’t deal with pain when it occurs, it will resurface as compounded emotional toxicity later on — showing up as insomnia, hostility and anger or fear and anxiety.

As a further complication, if you don’t know how to deal with feelings of anger and fear, you're likely to turn them inward at yourself, believing, “It’s all my fault.” That guilt depletes our physical, emotional and spiritual energy until any initiative or movement feels impossible. We feel exhausted and paralyzed, leading to depression.

You can learn how to recognize painful emotions right away and how to effectively "metabolize" and eliminate pain.

Overcoming difficult emotions such as fear, anger, guilt and anxiety can bring the same disguised benefits that dealing with a physical illness can bring. Patients suffering from life-threatening illness often report that their diseases have taught them to love and value the other people in their lives more deeply than before they became ill. During recovery they learn to appreciate and understand areas of life that they took for granted before. While anger, fear and worry are not diseases, we can grow from them even as we process them to become the person we want to be.

By turning to our inherent intelligence, harmony and creativity, we can create a positive outcome; but if we are emotionally turbulent, we are too agitated to access that possibility.

Why meditation is part of this exercise

Through meditation we can experience our silent self beyond our thoughts and emotions. This is our internal reference point for equilibrium. From here we can create a desired outcome. To restore balance in our life, meditation must be an essential ingredient.

It is also important to support this with balanced activity in the basic areas of diet, exercise and sleep.

Assuming these fundamental balancing components are in place, I would offer an additional exercise to specifically address what to do in the face of intense anxiety and fear.

Learn how to metabolize pain with this seven-step exercise

Toxic, turbulent emotions have one cause — not knowing how to deal with pain. Pain is normal in life, but suffering isn’t. When we do not know how to deal with pain, we suffer.

1. Identify and locate the emotion physically

Set aside a few minutes when you won’t be disturbed. Sit comfortably and close your eyes. For a few minutes, just meditate in silence. Focus on your breathing — or if you prefer, you may use a mantra.

Now with eyes still closed, recall some circumstance in the recent past that was upsetting to you. It may be a time when you felt you were mistreated, an argument with your partner, or perhaps a past injustice at work. Identify some instance where you felt emotionally upset.

For the next 30 seconds, think in detail about that incident. Try to picture what actually happened as vividly as you can, as if you were reporting it for a newspaper. Here, you are the observer watching this event. You are not the event, argument or emotional upset; you are merely witnessing what is happening from the perspective of your silent self. You are carrying the effect of the meditation you just did, allowing you to maintain a vantage point that is not overshadowed by the quality of the emotions.

Now identify exactly what you are feeling. Put some word on the incident that describes what you are experiencing. Be as precise as you can. Do you feel unappreciated? Insulted? Treated unfairly? Give the feeling a name. Come up with a word that epitomizes the painful experience. Focus your attention on that word.

2. Witness the experience

Gradually allow your attention to move away from the word. Let your attention wander into your body. Become aware of the physical sensations that arise in your body as a result of the emotion you’ve identified.

These two elements — an idea in the mind and a physical sensation in the body — are what an emotion truly is, and they can’t really be separated. This is why we call it a feeling — because we feel emotions in our bodies.

Let your attention pass through your body as you’re recalling this experience. Locate the sensations the memory brings up. For many it’s a pressure in the chest or a sensation of tightness in the gut. Some feel it as pressure in their throat. Find where it is in your body that you’re feeling and holding the emotional experience.

3. Express the emotion

Now express that feeling. Place your hand on the part of your body where you sense that the feeling is located. Say it out loud: “It hurts here.” If you’re aware of more than one location for the pain, move your hand from place to place. At every location, pause for a moment and express what you’re feeling. Say, “It hurts here.”

When you experience physical discomfort, it means that something is unbalanced in your experience — physically, mentally or spiritually. Your body knows it — every cell in your body knows it. Befriend these sensations and their wisdom, because the pain is actually leading you to wholeness.

Writing your feelings out on paper is also a valuable way to express the emotion. This is especially effective when you can write out your painful experience in the first person, in the second person and finally from the perspective of a third person account.

4. Take responsibility

Be aware that any painful feelings you experience are your feelings. These feelings are happening inside your body now as you remember the pain, even though nothing is actually taking place in the material world. You’re only remembering what happened, yet your body is reacting with muscle contractions, hormonal secretions and other responses within you. Even when the painful incident was occurring in the material world, the effect was entirely within you. You have choice in how you interpret and respond to emotional turbulence. Recognizing this is taking responsibility for your feelings.

This doesn’t mean you feel guilty. Instead, it means you recognize your ability to respond to painful situations in new and creative ways. By taking responsibility for your feelings, you can also gain the power to make the pain melt away. You’re no longer blaming anyone else for having caused the pain, so you no longer have to depend on anyone else to make it go away. Hold that understanding in your consciousness for the next few moments.

5. Release the emotion

Place your attention on the part of your body where you’re holding the pain, and with every exhalation of your breath, have an intention of releasing that tension. For the next 30 seconds, just feel the painful sensation leaving your body with every breath. Some people find that making an audible tone that resonates in that part of your body where the pain is localized helps to loosen and lift the contraction away.

You can also experiment to discover what works best for you. For some people, singing or dancing does the trick. You may try deep breathing, using essential oils, or taking a long warm bath. Finally, if you have written out your emotions on paper, it can be helpful to ritually burn the paper and offer the ashes to the winds.

6. Share the outcome

Sharing the outcome of releasing your pain is important because it activates the new pattern of behavior after the old painful pattern is released. Imagine that you could speak to the person who was involved in that original painful incident. What would you say to that person now?

Bear in mind that he/she was not the real cause of your pain. The real cause was your response. In your transformed state, you are now free. So you can share what happened without blame, manipulation or seeking approval. Perhaps they intended to cause you pain, and you may have unwittingly collaborated in that intention. Maybe you would like to say you no longer intend to fall into such traps.

Whatever you say is totally up to you. As long as you have an awareness of the steps we’ve taken so far in this exercise, whatever you say will be right for you.

7. Celebrate the process

Now you can celebrate the painful experience that had taken place as the valuable material that helped you move to a higher level of consciousness. What was previously a disconnected, destructive and disabled part of your psyche is now integrated and contributing its power toward your greater spiritual goal. Instead of responding to the situation with a pain reflex, perpetuating the problem, you’ve turned it into an opportunity for spiritual transformation. That is something to celebrate! Go out for a nice dinner or buy yourself some flowers or a present to honor the new you.

Use this exercise whenever you feel upset, to free yourself from emotional turbulence and the underlying pain. When you do that, you’ll find that opportunities will arise more often in every area of your life.

I'll do a QE session for you tonight to help with your highest good.

We have been kicking atrond the idea that the LOC can fluctuate lateley. I see yours has - could be the quandry you are in now. You were perhaps in a better state weeks ago. My LOC is lowers than what Adonai was getting the other two times. Let's see if it will raise back up after QE.

So, just allow and let go when you go to sleep tonight. Allow the universe to work things out for you for the best. I will try to remember to retest you again - or you can bug me. I hope Dawn sees your offering and posts her results.

MUSCLE TESTING FOR PROSPERITY:

The following statements from Ms. Wright’s website tested weak for you:

Using Dr. Bradley Nelson, The Emotion Code Chart, I asked for three emotions to unblock:

Anxiety, from age 19, released;

Insecurity, age 19, released; and

Depression, age 19, released. There was nothing more I needed to know about these before they were released. Please see Calin’s videos to learn how to release more if you want to learn.

I visualized a beautiful energy field around you, minus the bulges from the released blocked energies.

I think that in terms of love, you are looking for the Forest through the Trees. You are Love. You need not look any further.

During a short meditation I saw YOU doing the following:

Being in the Lotus position with love and power radiating;
Being in front of an easel;
Crying with joy at a sunset;
Laughing in a coffee shop;
Helping a child carefully cross the street;
Being on a bridge or walk-way laughing, throwing up your arms. (Reminds me of Mary Tyler Moore throwing her hat in the air!)
