The parcel of land Im looking at is this side of Roma.. if the coming celestial bodies do cause massive tsunami's etc, you will not want to be on the gold coast, advice so far has been a consistant 200 miles inland, preferably behind large mountain ranges.. the warrigo hwy provides the perfect route for G.C, Brisbane & S.C.

Its not designed to be a place to move to now, its purpose is to have somewhere to 'evactuate to' and if needed after the event remain and rebuild, if the coast line is devestated, we will need somewhere to stay.

As for funds, if we had a large enough group, the loan on this would be 10-20 bucks a week each until the event, then of course since all will be pretty much FUBAR the loan would be gone and we would own it lol.. well even if they managed to keep the money system which i doubt, 10 or 20 bucks a week is nothing for a place to live.

How were you planning on building the underground part? I've always thought they would be a big job, I'm an engineer but don't have much experience with "hands-on" construction so to speak. I'm really interesting in how you might go about it with limited funds and equipment. Are you going to have it just under the surface, say a metre or so?

I reside in Brisbane and have been thinking of moving to do something like this, although admittedly I'm much more into spiritual development rather than self preservation, or trying to prolong a single incarnation. So I was more planning something around getting out of the hustle and bustle to a quiet place to do (spiritual) work. I guess I'd also like to ask your spiritual take on survivalism, like what if lets say the divine plan is for the old on earth to die to make way for the new to be born then who are we to fight the will of god because of such motivations like our own fear of death? I guess I'm not really concerned with spending much time trying to avoid what may or may not come, and am curious as to what motivations or reason other spiritual people have in terms of making survival preparations?

Sorry op, i got to pull this apart because it puzzles me.

well firstly im not asking anyone for money, the idea is to form a trust and buy it together, so all persons would own the land.. second everyone should know by now all the things that have been speculated on coming.. nibiru, comets, massive land upheavals, new contintents rising, land inudation because of that, pole shift, the list goes on and on..

There are also alot of maps out there that show the 'new' earth areas that will be effected by sea level rises etc..

You should be researching this yourself.. you should be taking the key words and allowing your own intution to guide you to the answers.. its the only way people wake up and snap out of the brain washing..

This has been a 5 year journey for me, alot of 'coincidences' have happened, alot of personal events that have confirmed things for me. And a damn lot of hours on the net researching and reading and listening..

I will address the underground part first, essentially dropping a big ass shed into the ground, the idea of underground is simply a bunker, it does not have to be long term sustainable, a minimum of ten foot of earth above us. filtered air, solar power. A big square hole dug out and a big shed dropped in and then covered.. reinforce the roof and load bareing beams and its done.

My husband and some of our freinds are studying the many many thousands of vids online that show you how to set up your own tesla energy generators etc, home made solar power, hydroponics etc.. Too much info to get into here, its why I want to form the group, have people who are so inclinced in each area to be the experts on that subject.

As for the spiritual side, I have always believed I am meant to survive it. The new world needs people of advanced hearts and with a do no harm attitude to rebuild it and hopefully prevent us from forgetting again.

I too would put emphasis on more nature/spirit based way of being but the extent to which this would be shared would be up to the individual.

Most people dont realise that if all this comes to pass, then the government is toast, all their services are toast, everything that keeps them so tightly wound together will collapse.. Self reliance, self sufficiancy and a true village mentality will be what is needed to bring us out of this and into the new era of humanity..

I have acquired many valuable skills over the 20 years I have known about this transition in our evolution practical, spiritual and intellectual. Up to this point I have used my time to run a successful ethical business and to assist my employees to awaken. New societies will be created based on equality, compassion, spirituality and love. It is up to us to do this though, and we should not need doom to make it happen.

You are so right, we should not of needed such doom to wake us up to action.. however that is where we find ourselves.. time to bring this nightmare to an end and wake up :)

I live in the hills just to the east of Toowoomba. Elevation is 350 meters and overlooking the Lockyer Valley. I am on 40 acres and have the Minden and Marburg Ranges between me and the coast. It is about 80 klm inland and if anything gets to me, well God help everybody. We are prepared to accept whatever. Nice to see someone preparing for the eventuality though. Good luck.

Shipping containers:

These are excellent for dropping underground as their structual integrity is designed to take a shit load of weight without the need for reinforcement. You need to make sure though you tell them you wish to use it as a liveable dwelling so they dont sell you one of the toxic ones :(

There are many companies now that deal in selling shipping containers from as little as 2,500 for a liveable 40ft one.

We will be considering using these if the community idea takes hold, if not we ourselves are planning on buying one and getting it put out west..

Anyone wishing to be part of our network needs to have prepared a runners pack. Here is a suggestion and a basic list of what we have.

Food
Rice, at least 2 or 3 5kg packs
pkt seaweed (buy now to avoid missing out when the contaminated stuff starts coming through),
baked beans,
canned bean mix,
heirloom seeds,
pkt soup,
rice flour or wholemeal flour,
if you have children, suitable tinned food for the little ones
Powdered milk,
honey (4 jars. its medicinal also) Bags of mixed nuts (protein)
Bi carb soda
Rolled Oats
If you must some tea & coffee & sugar but its not a neccesity.

Other stuff
Jump pack (battery pack) make sure its fully charged
portable gas stove (you can get little ones that take cans from the camp shop and fold up like a breifcase. very inexpensive)
Camping Gear - tent, sleeping bags etc
Basic camping utensils (plates cups etc)
Swiss army knife (or similar)
Water purifying tablets (chemist)
Empty bottles sterilised to fill with water
First aid kit, any personal medication (double up)
Toiletries - soap, travel shampoo etc (a little comfort in small doses will be needed)
Batteries
Dynamo radio and torch
Rain ponchos
Thermal underwear
Hats
Sunblock
Whistles
back pack for each family member to fill with clothes. Warm clothes (these can always be cut if it gets to hot)

Pets
Dogs and cats - food and travel carrier
Birds .. although its hard, you would be better to let your birds out and let them fly
Fish and others.. not sure this would be a personal decision.

Pack for your vehicle.
If you have two vehicles then asses what you can fit into both. We have a small box for each family member with mementos and photos etc.. as well as the above essentials.

Have it all packed and ready in easy access to stack into the car

Basically imagine your going camping for 12 weeks..

Sounds like a wonderful idea. Especially the part to make it a contributionist group (no money). It is time people wake up to the reality that our current money system is one of our biggest problems. It is a tool of enslavement and crime. By abolishing money 95% of crime would be wiped out just by this one action.
