US SAVED FROM GOVERMENT SHUTDOWN BY LAST MIN DEAL Could the U.S. government shut down American internet connections? And is it possible for the global internet to be toppled?

The US Congress has thrashed out a budget, agreeing on spending cuts dangerously close to the deadline. The Republicans and Democrats were forced to overcome their differences, or risk the first government shutdown in fifteen years. If the shutdown had happened, hundreds of thousands of public employees, including soldiers and many teachers, would not have been paid. Senators agreed on 38 billion dollars worth of cuts, before the end of September. However, despite efforts to tighten the budget, some leading economists see the U.S. dollar losing ground and are looking for ways to ensure greater economic stability for the world.
