We live in what I call a soft totalitarian regime. Total control of the population is not done by force. It is simply achieved through the successful manipulation of mass information. The people you work with, go to church with, see on the streets by and large get their information by either a cathode ray tube, or more commonly now days, an HDTV signal. Both of which the powers in the United States control with an almost perfect monopoly.

What we are seeing since 2001 is a transition from soft totalitarianism to force totalitarianism. Right now we are afraid of talking to our neighbors about reality (as it truely is) because of how the brainwashed/mind raped will react to being confronted with views that don't come out of the all knowing all seeing HDTV set. In the not too distant future our fear will not be of them but of being stolen in the dead of night and never to be heard from again.

What we should really be thinking of if it is truly impossible to change the course of the progress we are heading to a force totalitarian regime is how to preserve ourselves individually. The whole of society is fucked and there will be NOTHING we can do to help them even if they want to be helped and they clearly DON'T.

Even talking on forums like this will essentially doom us as individuals. You all better hope you know when the time is to shut the fuck up and leave to a safer non totalitarian regime. Because the day after a totalitarian regime sees you out of line will be the day you first find yourself inside an extermination center.

That's their choice, the only frustrating thing is people who know you well, and generally consider you competent and knowledgeable often treat you like an idiot or loony when you broach their comfort zone.
