righto, but the question still remains for me, what i said above. after the flood, obviously no greens/fruits. and the meat just stayed in our diet because we only follow genesis post-flood? i think that was meant for them and take from it what you want, but for me i do not eat meat, not because of the bible, but because i don't want to cause suffering to any being because of my own selfishness. that is all.

yeah that's pretty fucked. although Lamentations is not the torah, its still weird. i never said the god of the bible is the word on all, just trying to get some xtians to follow the laws set forth by their nibirian god. i am buddhist

you do what you can when you're hungry and the people were hungry there. its about not overindulging on whatever meats from the grocer just because we can. i'm sure jesus would not want us to do that to our animals friends. if i were hungry in a survival situation, i would definitely eat meat, because I would have to at that point.
