The drought we had here in texas and the extremely hot weather of the past decade coincided with the high level of sunspot activity. As soon as the sunspots subsided, the weather returned to normal and the chem trailing stopped. Now that the sun is active again, the chem trails are back and so is the burning hot blinding sun and the unusual weather. It's no big mystery, really.
