Plutonium can not penetrate material from the information I have read. shouldnt they be telling you to stay in doors when a heavy and thick plume is floating over head of you? shouldnt you and your government be doing everything it can to remove tainted goods from circulation and to protect crops and food sources that are not contaminated?
