Yes, avoid meat and fish which will be more contaminated than fruit,veg,nuts etc
Staples like potatoes will be safer than say lettuce at the start of all this.....
Adapt or die in 20-25 years time
Most of the uneducated and the poor will not change diet and will die as a consquence..........
