I'm getting real tired of having psychopaths in charge of our countries and our future. They lie, steal, and make poor decisions on behalf of everybody - if given the chance.

Psychopaths got us to this point where we're facing this weird mix of threats: radiation hell, economic ruin, a coming ww3, and the possibility of absolute destruction.

Psychopaths don't have to be people, organizations like companies can behave this way - in fact the law requires them to do so!?

It seems the only possible hope is for the 'normal' people to temporarily create a large enough group of people that will act like a psychopath too, and then take them on?

Yeah, I'll bet lots of people "in the know" have conveniently-located vacation homes.

But, do we have more to fear from our panic-stricken, desperate-to-survive fellow man in a disaster?

Or, do THEY have more to fear from that?

It's either:

1. They know our fellow citizens too well, and know the panic that ensues will kill and de-stabillize.
2. They know something WORSE is coming, and we won't live long enought to suffer effects from the radiation.
3. They just want to get out of town first and then let the truth leak out.

I think they could have predicted this from the very beginning.

#1 is definitely true, but I'm going to go with #2 for the win. I'm thinking this may be it. All the players (minus all the Vanderbilts chasing goats or soemthing in India right now) are still around, living life like nothing is happening.

A sweet sentiment, but also very dangerous. Panic stricken people usually do way more harm than good. People will kill/hurt others over food, cars to escape contaminated zones, etc. Then when they get to the "safe" areas with no money, they will have to harm/kill more people to survive.

I hate to say it, but if people want information, they need to seek it out for themselves. The uninformed may parish, but it's a smarter way to go then making this information mainstream.

When that energy which will come and change our DNA comes, everyone who deserve this will have it changed no matter how sick from whatever they are. I'm always haunted by this thing Dick Cheney said one day. He said "Haven't you heard? Deficits don't matter anymore." That was a few years ago, even before the bailouts. I always think about that, but I didn't have an idea what he meant until now.

I'm pretty sure the people in charge wouldn't ever warn us of something that was hopelessly dire, but I think they would slip up and drop hints.

This is what we need to know right now:

1. What types of radiation are leaking from Japan?

2. Does a geiger-counter catch all of those types, or are different detectors required for each?

3. If 100 counts-per-minute is considered bad after only one day, which it is, what is the effect of, say 60 cpm's sustained over a long period of time?

How's about we start looking out for ourselves today? I can research question 1 and maybe some others can research the other questions? We can report back to this thread since it is appropriately titled.

The radiation dispersion model puts more radiation over the UK than over France. If their conclusions are published then I dread to think what the levels in UK are right now. Nothing from out Government at all - neither of safety or of danger.

I've tried that, and I just can tell you that it's simply not in their mindset. Their brains just can't accept the reality cause their's is dictated by radio, tv and newspaper. Why do you think they invested to acquire ALL of those media to control them and by God it works.... We have a proof of that... Right!!!
