The more these aftershocks encroach Tokyo Bay, the more straw its adding to the camels back. Remember despite all these big aftershocks aside from the main in Honshu Bay, there's been little to no activity in the South of the region where the plates converge. This meeting place coersively corresponds to where Tokyo is situated and its only a matter of time before one of these aftershocks has created enough lateral displacement (already ongoing) to finally break the fault entirely across the mainland of Japan itself.
