Gabe, a question for you if it's not too impertinent (or for anyone who could answer!). You replied to a post involving an output of energy from CERN and I was wondering.....would the energy expended or *sent out* be proportional to the energy received? In other words, if our present magnetic energy can create a pathway would increasing that and therefore increasing the pathway be of help or would it simply exacerbate the situation? Apologies in advance for my ignorance on this subject!

I've reread your post about 20 times trying to figure out the root of your question and why you would ask it.

What comes to mind is a question..... could you you send out energy that would help boost earths magnetic field without boosting a magnetic flux event that could possibly have disastrous effects pertaining to the interconnectivity of sun and earth....?

Hwy 70 was periodically closed earlier due to an unusual flare at Crosstex. We’ve received inquiries about a well being in fire… This was a large flare and NOT a fire. Although the flare was large, we’ve been advised that it was still within normal operations. The road was closed for safety purposes while the flare was checked. The road is now open.

I've thought on this alot also. If we boost our magnetosphere what would this do to the geodynamo? Would our core slow down considering its rotation and current output would be affected. How would you balance something on this scale.Or...do you direct the energy directly to the core with the intention of getting that iron to create more of an electromagnetic current. Then you get into a huge mess dealing with polarity, neutron fission,quake chain reactions. It hurts my head to think of the disasters that could be created!

The sun spots that were firing off about every 3 hours have now become docile, as they are facing earth now. Lets see if this trend continues, as it has for the last half dozen decent spots. This is very abnormal, something is drawing the suns energy backside. Now it is early in this assumption for this SS grouping but they were very active now nothing.

Bringing this over from Nins thread,just another observed oddity!

Not fully backside now Shad and Gabe as you will have noticed just as the spots were beginning to face Earth, this time they were still firing off and even growing still. If you are looking at the below image

then the energy would seem to be pulling from the left and south.

Where a month ago, the "energy" that was pulling the Sun's energy to "it" seemed directly opposite Earth, now it appears to be to the left and almost front side. To me, this points to mid November when it would align to Earth, meaning around that famous 60 longitude area you can see looking at the below image.

My question is this: what is the "energy" the "fluff" ? If it is big enough to cause this gravitational pull on the sun, we should be able to see it. On the Comet video, it spoke of electrical alignments, is this what we are looking at? What is this thing? Point me in the right direction to be looking so I can research even if you can't give an answer completely due to your jobs and such. Gabe, as we orbit the sun and travel toward the energy source, at some point the sun will no longer shield us (please correct me if I'm wrong). If the energy creates such solar *production* what effects could we expect from taking the brunt of being sandwiched between the two?
