Someone please explain why you think you can see HAARP on RADAR. because haarp has proven to leave an energy imprint or a "signature" that appears on radar just like actual "weather" does haven't you ever come across any info on or heard about "haarp rings?????" come on, you must have by now! I am asking HOW. HOW does it leave a signature. What is the signature comprised of? MY point is, none of you have a clue about radar subsets or their operations, yet you claim things that are just not realistic if you have ever used the equipment. So yes, explain HOW Haarp shows up on RADAR. I can think of quite a few reasons it wouldn't. [ link to youtu.be] This may explain things for you.
