THE TWO WITNESSES OF REVELATION - Revealed!

Yes, they are men, and they will prophesy and preform miracles. But they are not just 2 men, they are large groups of men, the 2 churches.

"But if he will not listen, take one or two others along, so that 'every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses." Matthew 18:16 This is the meaning of the witnesses . They will testify against the world . We have to be very careful of what we are teaching .

That's talking about members of the churches and settling disputes between brothers, which has nothing to do with the 2 witnesses of revelation.

You know it's about time we had another two witnesses thread. We have to keep the pace at least one per month. This is such an interesting and provocative subject for the religiously mired/deluded/obsessed/deranged.

Numbers 35:30 Whoso killeth any person, the murderer shall be put to death by the mouth of witnesses: but one witness shall not testify against any person to cause him to die.

Deuteronomy 17:6 At the mouth of two witnesses, or three witnesses, shall he that is worthy of death be put to death; but at the mouth of one witness he shall not be put to death.

Deuteronomy 19:15 One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.


Here are some more . According to God's Law , there has to be 2 to 3 witnesses to testify against somebody and it will be the same with the 2 witnesses . God has ways of doing things and this will be the way it is done in the end .

Whether one reads Revelation symbolically or literally, we must examine it to see if it is consistent with other scripture. Lets briefly look at the following;


REV 11:6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.


These are not powers given to the church in any way. The church is called to be light and salt and a blessing, not a curse. The church is called to show forth the grace and mercy and Love of The LORD.

These 2 witnesses are demonstrating different attributes all together. Rather they have a very special purpose and different than the commission granted to the body of Christ.

Gentile believers in Jesus are only ingrafted into the Holy root of Israel.

If the Olive Tree goes then ALL ISRAEL GOES.

You can't have the Gentiles engrafted into the olive tree and then go, they are only branches engrafted on until THE FULLNESS OF THE GENTILES IS FINISHED and Israel begins to belive in Jesus as their true mrssiah, then THEY the NATURAL BRANCHES will be RE-ENGRAFTED INTO THEIR NATURAL TREE.
