Maybe the civilization that once lived or lives on Saturn geologically engineered Enceladus to harness a free electromagnetic energy system between Saturn and it's moon.

I'm surprised they are slowly admitting to parts of the EU theory. Notice, though, they never say the word electricity, it's always just magnetism. Ignoring the fact that the two go hand in hand. Magnetic fields are created by electric currents, they don't just exist on their own.
