Obama's alledged birth place

Obama was born the day before the twins. His BC # is larger. Should be lower? I find it interesting the twins mother had the unobtainable BC all this time. When the president couldn't obtain one. I can't believe he hasn't been asked to present it before now. Like for a passport. I'm sure he had one before becoming an elected official. It's the neglect to address the issue that is questionable. Now the says let's debate the important issues. He's the president, let's do something about it rather than give all the tax payers money to other countries. I don't think he sees the true picture.
