I don't Barack or Michelle have the skills. Obviously they can't ask anyone they know to do it and risk someone squealing.

This is why the forgery is so poor. They are so arrogant that they thought they could pull it off.

Of course, like the rank amateurs that they are they left the different layers in the pdf file showing that it was cobbled together from multiple sources.
