I also always like my meat cooked well done. no pink whatsoever. I like it overcooked actually. How can I have worms if my meat is always well done?

Also as I said, I clean my butt hole daily and don't stick anything up there.

THIS ONE IS ACTUALLY CORRECT - THE PROPER TERM IS CANDIDA. It can be eliminated through diet alterations. I heard this from a friend who is very knowledgeable about diets, proper food - so I trust her.
Another condition an itchy anus can indicate, or so I've read, is gall bladder problems.
I lean more toward the candida.

Don't know if you have any allergies or not, or if you even know you do, but over the years I've developed a very mild allergy to nuts. I can eat a few p-nuts, no problem...
