Since the beginning of 2007, THE C.I.A. (created and controlled by SKULL AND BONES in association with KNIGHTS OF MALTA) and very corrupt WEED AND SEED OPERATIONS (very corrupt parts of the ORANGE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT put together by prior SHERIFF doing 5.5 years in a Colorado Federal prison) have been illegally erasing and modifying my "entire" BACKGROUND (ALL RECORDS)!

This all started during October 2006, when I E-Mailed illegitimate (acquired WHITE HOUSE twice by "FRAUD") President George W. Bush Jr., THE C.I.A., THE D.O.D., and some of the controlled mass-media! The said E-Mails basically stated: Do NOT invade Iran, or both Russia and China will NUKE THE UNITED STATES! Immediately after said E-Mails, strange things started to occur.

The C.I.A. sent agents and assets to encounter me, starting November 2006. They (THE C.I.A.) were doing an analysis of my "entire" BACKGROUND for both CITY OF LONDON, England and THE JESUIT ORDER (A.K.A.: The Society of Jesus)! Obviously, they (NEW WORLD ORDER "ELITE") came to the wrong conclusion; and at that point, ordered the annihilation of my "entire" BACKGROUND (ALL RECORDS)! Therefore, I would cease to exist as to my BIRTH IDENTITY!

Currently, I have a completely fabricated BACKGROUND, and this said fabricated BACKGROUND is attached to, I believe, Raymond Carlson without my middle name (Howard)! "Raymond Carlson" was first established as a fabricated "A.K.A." by said WEED AND SEED OPERATIONS during May 2008, while I was registering pursuant to California H & S 11590 at the ORANGE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE (Santa Ana, California)! This was a "FORCED" registration, because Probation (MY ACTUAL PRIOR CASE: 08CF0024) ordered me off the street; and Opportunity Knocks (PROGRAM with ORANGE COUNTY HEALTH CARE AGENCY) sent me to HARPOR HOUSE (a ACTION ALLIANCE (PROGRAM) SOBOR LIVING FACILITY), which was in the UNINCORPORATED AREA of ORANGE COUNTY, thus, "FORCING" me to register (California H & S Code Section 11590) at the ORANGE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE (manipulated by WEED AND SEED OPERATIONS)!

On December 30, 2010, I was arrested at Edinger Ave. and Standard St. Santa Ana, California, for violating California H & S Code Sections 11350(a) and 11364(a). I was arrested by the ORANGE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT (TWO PLAIN CLOTHED SHERIFF'S DEPUTIES IN A WHITE VAN), instead of the proper jurisdiction (SANTA ANA POLICE DEPARTMENT)! The proper protocol is for the proper jurisdiction to do the arrest not other agencies, unless they just happened to be there when the crime happened. In this case, SEVERAL SHERIFF'S DEPUTIES and SEVERAL SANTA ANA POLICE OFFICERS were following me around all morning (very corrupt "WEED AND SEED" OPERATIONS)! In fact, the POLICE REPORT (at my arraignment/January 4, 2011/Department C.J.1) states that they (said TWO SHERIFF'S DEPUTIES) just happened to be there when I walked out of the liquor store (STRIP MALL at Edinger Ave. and Standard St. Santa Ana, California). The said POLICE REPORT further stated that the TWO (2) SHERIFF'S DEPUTIES did NOT see me come from the ally! It was only the said liquor store! Since the SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT and SANTA ANA POLICE were following me around all morning, the said POLICE REPORT is absolutely "FALSE"!



At my said arraignment on January 4, 2011, the COMMISSIONER did NOT see any "PRISON PRIOR" (CASE: 03CF1264) on my RAP SHEET that was provided by THE ORANGE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT! At the time, CASE 03CF1264 did appear on the COURT DOCKET; however, the COURT only goes by THE RAP SHEET that is provided as to any PRIOR CRIMINAL HISTORY! There could be another Raymond Carlson or Raymond Howard Carlson out there that is part of the COURT DOCKET! Unfortunately, the said RAP SHEET that was PROVIDED at my said arraignment on January 4, 2011 did NOT contain CASES 03CF1264, 03CM03015, and 04CM06631! These said three (3) CASES are directly related to my PRISON PRIOR (03CF1264)! To boot, CASE 03CM03015 was completely REMOVED from my RAP SHEET and the COURT DOCKET! Furthermore, the COMMISSIONER did NOT consider CASE 08CF0024 (my last prior FELONY CASE that was DISMISSED pursuant to California Penal Code Section 1210.1 on September 18, 2008 at Department C58 (ORANGE COUNTY CENTRAL JUSTICE CENTER))! In addition, at my said arraignment on January 4, 2011, there were GOVERNMENT PEOPLE (C.I.A. or corrupt F.B.I.) in the COURT ROOM (C.J.1/CENTRAL JAIL 1)!



At my said arraignment on January 4, 2011, I tried to state to the COMMISSIONER on TWO OCCASIONS that I had a PRISON PRIOR! When the COMMISSIONER stated: That, if I messed-up PROP. 36, I would receive up to three (3) years in PRISON; I stated: that it should be FOUR (4) YEARS based upon my PRISON PRIOR (CASE: 03CF1264)! Immediately, my LAWYER (DEPUTY PUBLIC DEFENDER) stated: "THERE IS NO PRISON PRIOR YOUR HONOR"! Then, said "MY LAWYER" turned to me and stated (whisper): "SHUT THE "F***" UP"! Later, the COMMISSIONER commented that I would need to get a D.N.A. SAMPLE to the COUNTY. I immediately told the COMMISSIONER that during February 2005 my PAROLE AGENT already got a D.N.A. SAMPLE for the STATE (California)! My LAWYER stated: "THERE IS NO PRISON PRIOR YOUR HONOR"! Again the LAWYER stated to me (whisper): "SHUT THE "F***" UP"! Just after that, the TWO (2) GOVERNMENT MEN sitting immediately in front of the "CAGE" told my LAWYER: "THANK YOU"! This was for keeping me somewhat quiet during the duration of my said arraignment on January 4, 2011!



At my said arraignment, I was "FORCED" TO PLEA OUT TO CALIFORNIA PROP. 36 (California Penal Code Section 1210 et. seq.)! If I would have fought the said matter (11CF0028/ILLEGAL "ISOLATED MATTER"), I might not have gotten out of JAIL! In order to fight the said matter, I would have to get out of JAIL and possibly find a LAWYER that would HELP ME! According to California Law, I can have my PLEA REMOVED, if there is sufficient new and convincing EVIDENCE that the ARRESTING AGENCY (SOME OF THE ORANGE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT) committed "FRAUD ON THE COURT"! At that point, a MOTION can be FILED for the purpose of VACATING THE CONVICTION on the "GROUNDS" of "FRAUD ON THE COURT"! First, any CRIMINAL ATTORNEY that HELPS ME needs to show PROOF that "I AM ME," because the corrupt FEDERAL, STATE, and LOCAL (ORANGE COUNTY) GOVERNMENTS have been ILLEGALLY ERASING and ILLEGALLY MODIFYING MY VITAL, HEALTH, and CRIMINAL RECORDS to substantiate an ILLEGAL "IDENTITY SWITCH"; therefore, I would end-up in PRISON as a NON-EXISTENCE with a "FLOATING IDENTITY"! Currently, I have sufficient EVIDENCE as to my claims! All I need is someone to get me a LAWYER that can practice law in the State of California (both Civil and Criminal)! In addition, it is absolutely impossible for me to fire my current ATTORNEY (DEPUTY PUBLIC DEFENDER) and FIGHT THIS SAID MATTER (11CF0028) MYSELF, given how this said MATTER (11CF0028) is set-up!



I only have FOUR FELONY ARRESTS (November 18, 1994 (SANTA ANA POLICE DEPARTMENT (94CF3178)); May 2, 2003 (SANTA ANA POLICE DEPARTMENT (03CF1264)); December 29, 2007 (SANTA ANA POLICE DEPARTMENT (08CF0024)); and December 30, 2010 (ORANGE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT/ILLEGAL "ISOLATED MATTER" (11CF0028)))! Furthermore, CASES 94CF3178 (arrested on November 18, 1994 by S.A.P.D.) and 08CF0024 (arrested on December 29, 2007 by S.A.P.D.) were "DISMISSED" as to the CODE SECTION (94CF3178 (PENAL CODE SECTION 1000 BEFORE PLEA OR CONVICTION) and 08CF0024 (PURSUANT TO PENAL CODE SECTION 1210.1)! In addition, said CASE 94CF3178 is a PARTIAL FILE listed under the name of the HISPANIC MALE individual that I was arrested with on November 18, 1994 (15TH St. and Durant St. Santa Ana, California/REVERSE STING OPERATION)! On February 16, 2012 at Department C60 (ORANGE COUNTY CENTRAL JUSTICE CENTER), when COMMISSIONER HALL called my CASE (11CF0028), COMMISSIONER HALL stated my A.K.A. NAME ONLY (Raymond Carlson without the "middle name")! Immediately thereafter, COMMISSIONER HALL stated a few "FELONY CASES" that I had nothing to do with! In the INTERIM, the COURT BAILIFF (DEPUTY SHERIFF) came to the CAGE to distract me; therefore, I would NOT get the exact CASE NUMBERS. These CASE numbers might NOT matter, because the COURT REPORTER, I believe, was INSTRUCTED TO MODIFY CERTAIN THINGS!



The said A.K.A. (Raymond Carlson without my "middle name") was illegally generated when the ORANGE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT illegally REGISTERED me as a DRUG OFFENDER, pursuant to California H & S Code Section 11590 during May 2008! This said DRUG REGISTRATION occurred because I was staying at "HARPER HOUSE" (SOBOR LIVING/REHABILITATION RESIDENCE BY ACTION ALLIANCE) in an UNINCORPORATED AREA OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA; and I was placed there by OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS (2008 ONLY FROM PROBATION ORDER/08CF0024) that is located in Garden Grove, California (off of Garden Grove Blvd.)!



I was arrested by SANTA ANA POLICE DEPARTMENT on January 22, 2012, when two (2) S.A.P.D. OFFICERS served a FELONY FUGITIVE WARRANT (generated on February 8, 2011/Department C60/COMMISSIONER HALL) on me! The said WARRANT was served by S.A.P.D. near S. Broadway St. (INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX) at Central St. Santa Ana, California. The PATROL UNIT just happened to be in the area doing a "SWEEP" for homeless (possible illegal camping and anything else), because the McDonald's Hamburgers complained again concerning the panhandling at their store (Warner Ave. and Main St. Santa Ana, California)! Unfortunately, when stopped or detained, the officers must (POLICY) run the individual(s) for any possible warrants! Even though this particular warrant was obtained by PRODUCING "FRAUD ON THE COURT," the two (2) S.A.P.D. OFFICERS had "NO CHOICE" but to take me into custody (January 22, 2012)! Because they (S.A.P.D.) took me into custody on January 22, 2012, I was released from THE THEO LACY FACILITY on February 16, 2012 (CASE: 11CF0028)!



At my arraignment for my PROBATION VIOLATION (January 23, 2012), two (2) dates were set for a HEARING CONCERNING AN ORDERED PSYCH REPORT (February 6, 2012) and A PROBATION VIOLATION HEARING (February 16, 2012)! On January 26, 2012 (THURSDAY), I was interviewed by a PSYCH DOCTORS ASSISTANT at the MAIN JAIL FACILITY (550 N. Flower St. Santa Ana, California 92703), and I was seen by the nurse for an ORDERED MEDICAL EXAMINE on January 24, 2012 (TUESDAY)! When the DOCTOR'S ASSISTANT (MENTAL HEALTH) first met me, she ask me if I knew the REASON FOR THE ORDERED PSYCH REPORT! I stated: "I do not know the REASON". At the said interview, I stated that there was a PRIOR RECORD that went back to 2003; and some of the said RECORD might be ERASED! I further stated that I had a MINOR MENTAL ILLNESS, with NO HOSPITALIZATIONS, NO MAJOR EPISODES, or any 5150 CASES for the PAST 30 YEARS [EMPHASIS ADDED]! The said DOCTOR'S ASSISTANT (MENTAL HEALTH) stated that she would look at all the PRIOR HISTORY (MENTAL HEALTH HISTORY) and do an appropriate PSYCH REPORT! At that point, the said DOCTOR'S ASSISTANT (MENTAL HEALTH) sent me back to GENERAL POPULATION (F-29/corrupt Sheriff's Deputies might have altered RECORD)! At both said HEARINGS (February 6, 2012 and February 16, 2012), COMMISSIONER HALL wanted to know where the ORDERED PSYCH REPORT was; and WHY WASN'T FILED WITH THE COURT! On February 6, 2012, COMMISSIONER HALL "INSTRUCTED" THE DEPUTY PUBLIC DEFENDER to "DRAFT" a SECOND ORDER for a PSYCH REPORT and he (COMMISSIONER HALL) would sign the said ORDER! Since SANTA ANA POLICE DEPARTMENT served the said WARRANT on January 22, 2012, all of S.A.P.D.'S PAPERWORK was CORRECT; therefore, COMMISSIONER HALL had few options. COMMISSIONER HALL on January 23, 2012 wanted to put me away in a MENTAL INSTITUTION PERMANENTLY; however, the ORDERED PSYCH REPORT ("bogus" in nature) was never DONE or FILED with the COURT by February 16, 2012, even with TWO (2) SEPARATE ORDERS! Therefore, COMMISSIONER HALL, THE PROBATION REPRESENTATIVE, AND THE DEPUTY PUBLIC DEFENDER decided to let me out CREDIT TIME SERVED (ONLY ABOUT 64 DAYS IN JAIL)!



On February 16, 2012, at Department C60 (ORANGE COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT), COMMISSIONER HALL read into the COURT RECORD several FELONY CASES that I had NOTHING TO DO WITH WHATSOEVER, supra! It is my contention that the COURT REPORTER would make modifications, if I did NOT REPORT TO PROBATION on February 17, 2012 by 10:00 a.m. (unusual report time/usually 24 hours, 48 hours, or 72 hours maximum)! While COMMISSIONER HALL was stating said Felony CASES, the Bailiff (corrupt Sheriff's Deputy FROM PRIOR SHERIFF) intentionally distracted me! Therefore, if I reported to Probation on February 17, 2012 by 10:00 a.m., I would have been taken back into custody over said "BOGUS" FELONY CASES; and that would have been the END OF ME! By the way, most of S.A.P.D. knows about all of this, because ABOUT 90% of my actual past CRIMINAL HISTORY was with S.A.P.D. (COURT CASES: 94CF3178, 03CF1264, and 08CF0024); and S.A.P.D. has been tracking me since 2007 to try to "COVER MY ASS"!



Unfortunately, the ORANGE COUNTY PUBLIC DEFENDER'S OFFICE is complicit, along with other ORANGE COUNTY AGENCIES (INCLUDING ORANGE COUNTY PROBATION)! Therefore, I desperately NEED A LAWYER that can practice LAW in the State of California (both Civil and Criminal)! Unfortunately, I have NO MONEY, NO FAMILY (ALMOST ALL "DEAD"), and NO CLOSE FRIENDS; I AM COMPLETELY "ISOLATED"! Currently, there is REMEDIES FOR THE DEFENSE (REMOVE PLEA AND MOTION TO VACATE CONVICTION (FRAUD ON THE COURT BY ARRESTING AGENCY/NEW EVIDENCE))!

Bush Jr. at the CIVIC CENTER, located in Santa Ana, California! This was by the OLD FEDERAL BUILDING (I.N.S. and HOMELAND SECURITY)! The said encounter occurred at about 5:30 p.m. on or about March 8, 2010! BUSH JR. STATED: "HI RAY". I remained silent and walked away! This actually did occur; the GOVERNMENT set this up to see what I would do!
