Tired of Phil Jayhan and his SSDI nonsense
I am a new member and feel I compelled to post this. About a week ago I was googling FDNY/9/11 and came across a forum called LetsRoll. Its run by Phil Jayhan.

Thinking this was a pro FDNY site I began to read posts by Phil and several others and soon became disgusted. Me being a retired NYC Firefighter was taken aback that not just one but many people believe that Firefighters were not killed on 9/11 at the World Trade Center and are in fact fraudulently collecting death benefits while in hiding.

Jayhans basis for his entire theory is that all but a small number of deceased firefighters names do not appear on the Social Security Death Index. It took me all of 5 minutes to find out why names of deceased persons would not show on the index. If a deceased persons beneficiary is collecting their benefits the deceased name will not appear on the Index. This master of research somehow overlooked the SSDI website, the Ancestry.com website and three or four other websites that clearly shoot a large hole in his theory.

Some may not think much of Jayhans ravings but I take it personally. I knew some of these men and their families. I worked with many of them and was actually present when some of their remains were recovered. I find Jayhans libelous writings highly disrespectful to the families and legacy of these brave men. They deserve better than that, these men should be respected not lied about.

Social Security Death Index:
Getting Started

The Social Security Death Index (SSDI) is generated from the U. S. Social Security Administration's Death Master File.
Search the SSDI by entering one or more fields in the form and clicking on the "submit" button. Keep in mind that the more fields you fill in, the more restricted your results will be (you may even eliminate the record you are seeking).

You have the option of using the simple or advanced search form. The simple form has less options, but the results will include all the information from the database based on the individuals that matched your criteria. A definition of each field, and tips on maximizing your search, appears on the next page.

The SSDI does not include death records for everyone who has been issued a Social Security Number (card). Common reasons for exclusion include the following:
The death was not reported to the Social Security Administration (SSA).
The death occurred before the Death Master File was maintained in a computer database. About 98 percent of the deaths in this database occurred between 1962 and the present.
The person did not participate in the Social Security program.
Survivor death benefits were (are) being paid to dependents or spouse. A recent death may not be indexed yet.
Human error. (Before you give up, read the section titled "Missing Entries in the SSDI.")
If you do not find a listing in the SSDI, it does not mean the person is still living, or that the Social Security Administration (SSA) has no records on the deceased. See "Contacting the SSA for Information" for instructions on requesting information on individuals not in the SSDI.

That's weird because our stepdad died and our mom gets his social security now, and he's listed in the SSDI. You can check it out if you like, his name is Jim Menge from Ak.

I wonder who Father Mychal Judge's benefits are going to? He had no children or a wife, and his name isn't in the index either. That's very curious especially since he was the first death certificate of the event, which happened ten years ago.

And Jim, why are you lying about being a firefighter, you are a trucker who owns a small fish seafood wholesaler, or did you lie about those professions as well? bsflag

Lovely(thats probably a lie)reta,

What does the text above say about what names will not be listed on the SSDI? That text was taken from the SSDI site. If you clowns did 5 minutes worth of research you could have found that yourself.

As far as being a fireman...I do believe I stated I am a RETIRED NYC fireman...which means I am now retired. After retirement I opened a small seafood business.

It amazes me how you spend so much time investigating me and NO time investigating the SSDI issue. Instead you drag good mens names through the mud to further your own agenda...which in Phil Jayhans case is begging for money on his forum.

Personally you assholes arent worth another second of my time BUT
My biggest fear is someday a dead firemans kid will stumble across your forum and read the bullshit being spewed there by begger boy Jayhan and crew. Your theories are a joke among Truthers and a fuckin outright insult to anyone who lost friends and family that day.

As far as Fr. Judge goes...Im pretty sure Priests do not pay into social security. If he is not on the list there is a logical explanation other than him hiding in the Bahamas with Jim Morrison and Elvis as Jackass Jayhan would have you believe.

DVD sales are probably low at present. So Phil and his board of undershills comes up with a new theory, business as usual.

I guess it's is the consequences of shutting down madhouses nationwide.

Exactly...a sad group that would rather bad mouth good men instead of working for a living.

Anyway I did another whole five minutes worth the research and found the Good Father Mychal Judge was a Franciscan priest. Franciscans take a vow of poverty and do not recieve a salary...guess what? If they dont recieve a salary they do not pay into social security and therefore would not show up on the SSDI. You Jayhan sheep are DUMB!

Thats an entire 10 minutes of reading that blows the asshole Jayhans CT clear out of the water....and to RETA... Stop blindly following that sorry excuse for a man and do your own research.

Go to lets roll and look for What happened to the 347 firefighters...written by do2read.....it seems to be a common theme with you Jayhan sheep...reading is not fundamental.

Jayhan banned me so I cant provide a link. The facts along with links/text I supply do not aid his DVD sales and begging so he banned me.

Re: Tired of Phil Jayhan and his SSDI nonsense
I dont think he is anything more than a lazy POS trying to suck money out of people who are clueless. If he wants to be a scumbag and rob people thats fine..if they are dumb enough to donate or buy into his garbage they deserve what they get.

The problem comes when someone who lost a father/brother/uncle googles FDNY/9-11 and stumbles across that sewer "letsRollforum". The last thing they need to read is some unemployed douche saying their father isnt really dead just committing fraud! They deserve better than that.

OP I think you are shillin hard.... this actors / role playing is kind of on track with no planes, giffords ordeal, OBL fiasco and moon hoax.

No immediate Video release..... credibility gone. 911 had immediate video with multitude of errors..... total video false flag is far from perfected.
