Canada, We Still Vote (in Futility) With PAPER Ballots

Imagine that, no voting 'machines' and we can still sort out who voted for what. I guess we have not yet lost the ability to count things. Now as for the votes themselves...I think we are pooched. But hey, we can still hand count!
