Will OBL float back up to the surface after 3 days?

Well...
He was a religious icon to many,
He led a fight against an empire that uses an eagle as its symbol,
He died at the hands of the soldiers of that empire,
He had a beard,
He wore a white shroud thingy (probably),
There is no body to see and because of this many doubt the story.

So will he rise again from Davy Jones' Locker?
