As stated previously, the ongoing 'exercise' is part of a larger plan to implement a 'change'. That 'change' is being brought about by 'leveraging' the 'markets' in order to increase the costs of living, and decrease the value of physical money. There are numerous high tech IT businesses positioned to take advantage of this, and they are all backed by democratic and humanitarian political and business leaders, scientific organizations, foundations, NGO's, the UN, colleges, universities, NATO, UTAN, etc., etc., etc..
